To broaden our geographic reach and respond more quickly to our customer’s needs, EXCO expanded our operations to include EXCO USA. EXCO is located in Chesterfield, Michigan in a 75,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art facility. EXCO houses all the latest manufacturing and design capabilities to ensure our ultimate goal of providing the extruder with the perfect die.

As an EXCO customer, your feedback is an essential part of our design process. If your new profile requires correction, it is essential that we receive precise measurements of the revised dimensions. This gives our designers accurate information to update our database, make any alterations to subsequent replacement dies, and eliminate the need for future die trials. Digital cameras and e-mail are an accurate and inexpensive way to transfer die performance results.
